1. Who we are

Miinsat Academy is operated by ABDULLAHI AHMED ALI ("we", "us", "the seller"). When you purchase a course or use this website, you are entering into a contract with ABDULLAHI AHMED ALI. By continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Miinsat Academy provides online video courses teaching money-making and digital skills. When you buy a course, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to watch that course's lessons for one (1) year from the date your access is activated.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it updated. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your country, or have authority to bind the organization you represent.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. This includes, without limitation:

• Using the service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam.
• Infringing intellectual property rights of us or any third party.
• Interfering with the security of the service (malware, probing, scraping, or attempting to bypass access controls).
• Reverse engineering, reselling, redistributing, or sharing your course access or course videos with others.
• Circumventing technical limits, including attempting to download or rip protected lesson videos.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the website, course videos, lesson materials, documentation, and branding. Purchasing a course grants you a viewing licence only — it does not transfer any ownership.

6. Payments, billing and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. If your access ends, your course progress and certificates may be deleted after a reasonable period.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
